Farnham Estate is set in ancient forests, green meadows and pristine lakelands, and the delicious cuisine in the Maxwells Restaurant reinforces the importance of the connection with the plant and floral life in the grounds, as herbs, salads and other ingredients grown in the gardens of Farnham Estate are used wherever possible in the menus designed by our Executive Chef.
