Let Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Co Cavan, begin your happily ever after in the most exquisite way with an afternoon of expert beauty tips, specialist wedding planning advice, and stunning bridal fashion, all set in the surrounds of the glorious 1300-acre country estate.

 

The Garden Wedding Showcase Afternoon on Sunday 21st April, will be hosted by TV stylist with Virgin Media One’s Ireland AM, Mandy Maher of Catwalk Model Agency, out on the lawns within the gorgeous outdoor civil ceremony space.

 

What’s more, April’s showcase will provide the first opportunity for brides- and grooms-to-be to see the newly refurbished, magnificent Redwood Suite ballroom bedecked in all its wedding day splendour!

 

A impressive setting for elegant and romantic weddings of all shapes and sizes, Farnham Estate sits just outside of Cavan town, only 90 minutes from Dublin and Belfast.

 

The afternoon will begin at 2pm with a welcome drinks reception. Farnham’s friendly and knowledgeable wedding team will be on hand to discuss the various wedding packages available, as well as guiding you around all the aspects of the historic estate (including the refreshed ballroom) before the afternoon’s stellar line-up of stars and suppliers. 

 

TV stylist Mandy has over 20 years’ experience in producing and running events, from fashion shows to photo shoots, and one of the biggest wedding exhibitions in the west of Ireland. She’ll set the scene for the afternoon and introduce the first guest speaker. 

 

Sunday Independent’s beauty editor and all round guru or gorgeousness, Triona McCarthy, will give her expert take and carefully curated advice on beauty, makeup and skincare for the lead-up to the big day and the day itself, with a particular focus on preparation and glow, to guarantee you’re the most radiant of brides.

 

Next up, one of Ireland’s leading wedding experts and founder of the award-winning IrishWeddingBlog.ie, Sara Kennedy, will chat through the most asked wedding planning questions and conundrums. Sara is a regular guest on Virgin Media and RTE Today as well as author of ‘The Ultimate Wedding Planning Guide’, which has become essential reading for brides and grooms-to-be in Ireland.

 

We are also delighted to have Chupi Sweetman, Founder & CEO of Chupi, who believes fervently that we can each tell our own story through the jewellery we wear. For the grand finale, a fashion show of exquisite bridal style will see beautifully styled models walking down the aisle of the resort’s magical outdoor ceremony space, featuring a curated selection of magnificent dresses and designs from three bridal boutiques, Amsha Bridal, Vintage Pearl Bridal and My Fair Lady Bridal, Monaghan.

 

A carefully chosen selection of premium independent suppliers will be exhibiting throughout the day including: WOW Weddings, Instaglam, O’Donoghue Photographer & Videographer, and celebrant Trisha Bonham Corcoran, making this is a unique opportunity to experience the polished and luxurious Farnham Estate in all its magical splendour.
